I’m a qualified fitness instructor and UK Athletics coach in running fitness. I love coaching runners of all ages and abilities to achieve their running and fitness goals. I also believe that fitness should be fun so expect smiles and laughs on the way.

Bespoke training plans
To achieve your full potential, you need a plan that is designed specifically for you. We’re all different so I believe that a one-size-fits-all approach is only going to get you so far.
I will design a training programme just for you. It will be tailored to your goal, your current fitness and will take into consideration your lifestyle, daily routine and time commitments.
Before I write the programme, I will chat with you (phone, online or in person if you’re nearby) to discuss your running goals, running and fitness background, health and injury history, and to find out more about you and your lifestyle. I’ll then design the programme.

- 16-week plan £50
- 20-week plan £60
If you’d like more support and tailored advice throughout the programme, I also provide online coaching. With this option, we’ll have a weekly slot (online) to discuss your training and I’m also available to answer any questions you have (within 24-hours).
With online coaching, I set your programme weekly so I can adapt your training based on how you’re feeling, how the sessions have been going and your time commitments.
£65 per month (the minimum term is one month)
£240 for a 16-week training block
Women’s walk to run beginners’ groups (if you’re based in South or West Yorkshire)
If you and your friends want to get started in running, I’ll take you from zero to 5k in 10 weeks.
We’ll train at a set time and place each week and will build up gradually with the aim of completing a 5k together at the end of the course.
The group sessions are always friendly and good fun. The 10-week course costs £50. Please note, there is no discount/refund for any sessions you can’t make.
